The location of this hotel is fantastic, making it easy to explore the nearby area. the room and bathroom were both very clean and well-maintained. the service was also noteworthy, with early check-in being provided and the host going above and beyond to accommodate guests. Finally, the inclusion of complimentary fruit and water was a nice touch.
Finding parking around the hotel can be a bit of a struggle.

The Luxury Rooms Tilia in Zagreb exceeded all expectations. The property is fantastic, receiving a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. The central location makes it convenient to explore the city, with the main train station and center just 5 minutes away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms are even better than those at the grand Hyatt, and everything is spotless. The friendly host goes above and beyond to assist with any matter. The welcome fruit and water are a nice touch. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket right next door.
Don't have any issues at all.

This hotel has a privileged location, giving quick access to restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. the staff provided early check-in, which was very convenient for my business trip, and the rooms were impeccably clean. the bathroom had a great rain shower head, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
I faced some issues with the air conditioning unit, and there was no guide to adjust it. the room temperature was too high, making it uncomfortable to stay inside until late in the evening.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, being close to many restaurants and attractions. We appreciated the early check-in and free welcome fruit and water. The shower was also a plus, with a great rain shower head.
We had difficulty adjusting the air conditioning, as there was no information provided in the room. It was quite hot when we arrived, which made it uncomfortable for a few hours.

We had a great stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, train station, restaurants, and a supermarket. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a wonderful shower. We also appreciated the early check-in and the friendly staff who were always ready to help.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, as it is close to everything and right in front of a beautiful garden. We were able to easily explore the city center and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great bathroom and shower. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that our needs were met. Additionally, there were shops and commercial services nearby, which made it convenient for us to find everything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
We couldn't find any faults with this place. The only minor issue we encountered was that we couldn't find a restaurant open at the time, but this was not a problem as there were plenty of dining options available nearby.
